Raynco Group is a diversified UAE- and Oman-based group led by its flagship division, Raynco Industries — a dedicated bitumen manufacturer in Barka, Oman — and supported by three further divisions: Raynco General Transport, Wahat Al Rayan Building Materials Trading, and Raynco Heavy Vehicle Renting. What began in 2013 as a modest transport service has grown into a vertically integrated group serving contractors, consultants, government authorities, and industrial clients across the GCC and beyond.
Today, through Raynco Industries and our registered brand RAYN’S®, we manufacture and supply a complete range of bitumen-based products for road construction and waterproofing — engineered for the region’s extreme climate and delivered with the reliability our clients have trusted for years.
In 2023, Raynco Group strategically entered the building materials trading sector, initially launching operations in Sharjah and subsequently expanding into Abu Dhabi. With a strong focus on quality assurance and customer satisfaction, the division rapidly gained market trust. Leveraging management expertise in waterproofing systems, the company identified manufacturing as its next strategic step—aiming to deliver high-performance materials at competitive pricing without compromising on quality.
Recognizing the superior quality of bitumen available in Saudi Arabia, the group-initiated production using premium-grade raw materials, supplying waterproofing products that were well received across the UAE market. This success led to the launch of its registered brand RAYN’S®, which quickly gained acceptance among applicators, consultants, and contractors across the UAE, Oman, and wider GCC region. As part of its vertical integration and brand expansion, the company established Raynco Industries in 2026, with a dedicated manufacturing facility in Barka, Oman, producing a full range of bitumen-based products for road construction and waterproofing applications.
