Road Paving Products
Raynco Industries manufactures a complete range of paving-grade bitumen products used in road construction, highway development, surface treatments, and pavement maintenance. Every product is batch-tested in our laboratory for penetration, softening point, viscosity, and adhesion against international standards (ASTM / AASHTO) before dispatch. Custom formulations are available to meet project-specific and climatic requirements.
Bitumen Cutbacks
Cutback bitumen is produced by blending penetration-grade bitumen with petroleum solvents to reduce viscosity for cold or low-temperature application. Widely used for prime coats, tack coats, and surface dressing.

Water-based bitumen emulsions allow safe, energy-efficient cold application — ideal for tack coats, fog seals, slurry seals, and cold mixes.

Bulk Bitumen — Penetration Grades
Straight-run paving bitumen classified by penetration value, supplied in bulk as the binder for hot-mix asphalt in roads, highways, and airfields. Harder grades (lower penetration) suit heavy traffic and high-temperature GCC conditions; softer grades suit cold-mix and specific design requirements.

PG Binders & Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB)
Performance-Graded (PG) binders and Polymer Modified Bitumen are engineered for demanding applications — heavy traffic loads, extreme GCC temperatures, airport runways, motorways, and racetracks. Polymer modification enhances elasticity, rutting resistance, fatigue life, and temperature susceptibility. Grades are produced to project specification.
