Oxidized Bitumen
Oxidized (blown) bitumen is produced by blowing air through hot bitumen, giving a higher softening point and lower penetration than paving grades. Its rubbery, thermally stable character makes it ideal for waterproofing membranes, roofing felts, pipe coating, insulation, joint fillers, and industrial applications.
